About our team

Randy's expertise in cooling systems is based on his extensive industry training and over 25 years of experience serving both residential and commercial customers.

Prior to entering the industry, Randy earned a degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Subsequently, he spent 12 years at a local Hawaii company to become a Service Manager.

In 1999, Randy elected to form his own company, RMI, with a focus on serving both the residential and commercial customer.

Among his customers and peers, Randy has built a reputation as someone who can solve customers toughest air conditioning and refrigeration problems. Equally important, if Randy and his Technicians cannot personally answer your question, he will tell you who can.
